Go Laura!

Another of my lovely customers is doing something wonderful to raise money for an animal charity this summer. On the 9th July 2014 Laura Lansbury is taking part in a charity bike ride from London to Paris with her boyfriend and two friends. They will cover 300 miles in 4 days which is going to be tough and a big challenge for them! Her chosen charity is Battersea dogs home as she has a dog of her own, Ruby, and she thinks it’s a good cause to help rehome and reunite dogs with their owners.

Paws against cancer

We are really proud to be collecting money for ‘Paws Against Cancer’ in Barkitty, on behalf of a customer, Rebecca. Their mission is to increase awareness regarding cancer in our companion animals and provide financial assistance to families that have pets fighting cancer.

In exchange for a £2 donation into the lovely pink pot, you can take away a wristband or ribbon bearing the important message.
